The Seven Deadly Sins of Customer Service
It is hard enough to find and secure customers. Today customers are not loyal and are always looking for excellent service as well as competitive prices. If we don't give 110% service to customers they may leave and go to one of your competitors. It is well researched that if a customer gets good service they will tell 5 others about this yet if they get poor service they will tell 18 others about it, and maybe even more, through Social Media.
Our presenter at this meeting will be David Baker of Perrite Business Solutions.
This meeting will also include our agm therefore it would be good to see a crowded room. We would also be delighted to welcome some new faces on to our committee.

Friday 28th November 2014 at Hoghton Tower
Ghost Walk - commencing at 6:45pm
A Ghostly Evening at Hoghton Tower
Come and join in the spirit of Hoghton Tower's ghost walk.
As you ascend the long drive of reputedly the third most haunted house in Britain we will be waiting for you. A glass of mulled wine to take away the chill prepares you for what is to follow.
Silent torchbearers guide you through the darkened halls of the Tower, where you will encounter spectres from the past who regale you with ghostly happenings from across the centuries. Venture, if you dare, through the underground passages where footsteps from another time may echo alongside your own. Do you see the black dog who haunts the Well House? Stare into the painting where mysterious faces may reveal themselves, before finally dining in warmth and comfort with an opportunity to reflect on what you have seen and heard.
Please ensure that you wear warm clothing and sensible shoes as there are uneven steps, staircases and very cold underground passages!
The evening will commence with a short presentation by Lisa Brice about the challenges of running a business/charitable trust at Hoghton Tower and explaining how other small businesses can work with them and we will end the evening with a two course meal and networking.
Numbers for this event are limited and must be booked and paid for no later than 27th October 2014. No bookings can be accepted after that date. There is a charge for this event of £23.50.
